Billing questions
Who counts as a person on the plan?
Every active member of the company on Telatto, including administrators. Anyone who only watches through the link does not count and does not need an account.
What is an extra person?
On Time and Empresa, you can go over the number of included people by paying for each additional person. The amount is shown before you confirm.
How is billing done?
By credit card, renewed automatically every month or every year. The receipt arrives by email.
Does the price change after I subscribe?
No. The price on the day you subscribed applies, even if the price list changes later.
What if the company goes over the limit?
Nothing is deleted. New recordings stop until you change plans or free up space.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
